From Dublin City Centre to Thornton Park Equestrian Centre
From O' Connell Street, Dublin city center, follow the signs for the N1 onto Parnell Square South, turn right onto Parnell Square South - N1, signposted all routes, continue bearing right onto Parnell Square West and follow direction N1. Bear left onto Berkeley Street direction N2 then at traffic signals turn left onto North Circular Road N2.
Continue past Glasnevin Cemetery on right hand side, continue on Finglas Road N2, and drive towards N2 signposted Derry. Keep on following the N2, it will say Ashbourne / Finglas N2, Continue on the N2 until you reach the first major exit off it will be exit no. 2 (R135) St. Margaret's / Blanchardstown. (Do not take the small turnoff signed Coldwinters, which is before the first major exit.)
You will reach a small roundabout, continue under the bridge and drive to the 2nd roundabout (R125) it will be signed The Ward / Coolquay / St Margaret's, go left there and drive past the White House Pub. Continue approximately 3 kilometers until you reach MAYS STORES, turn right there (R135) (signposted) and drive for 3 kilometers down that road and we are located on the left side.

Dublin Airport via M 50 to Thornton Park Equestrian Centre
From Dublin Airport take the M1 towards the M50. Take the M50 southbound and leave at Exit 5 (it's the next exit after Ballymun) the N2 direction towards Ashbourne / Derry.
Keep on following the N2, it will be signposted Ashbourne/Finglas N2, Continue on the N2 until you reach the first major exit off it will be exit no. 2 (R135) St. Margaret's / Blanchardstown, (Do not take the small turnoff signed Coldwinters which is before the first major exit.)
You will reach a small roundabout, continue under the bridge and drive to the 2nd roundabout (R125) it will be signed The Ward / Coolquay / St Margaret's, go left there and drive past the White House Pub. Continue approximately 3 kilometers until you reach MAYS STORES, turn right there (R135) (signposted) and drive for 3 kilometers down that road and we are located on the left side.

From Malahide to Thornton Park Equestrian Centre
From Malahide Main Street, continue in the direction of Swords (R106), turn right at the traffic lights onto Swords Road, continue to Roundabout and take 2nd exit onto Malahide Road, at Malahide Road Roundabout take the 3rd exit onto Malahide Road (R125) signposted Swords. At the traffic lights turn right onto Main Street, Swords.
From Swords Main Street (R125) take the Swords/Ashbourne Road out of Swords.
Go past Kettles Country House Hotel, keep driving straight for approximately 6 kilometers, you will go past a National School on the right hand side, you will drive through a set of crossroads, just keep driving straight until you reach the next crossroads (R135) and you will turn LEFT, this is a secondary road and you stay driving straight on this road for 3 kilometers, Thornton Park is located on the right hand side.

From Swords to Thornton Park Equestrian Centre
From Swords Main Street (R125) take the Swords/Ashburn Road out of Swords.
Go past Kettles Country House Hotel, keep driving straight for approximately 6 Kilometers, you will go past a National School on the right hand side, you will then drive through a set of crossroads, just keep driving straight until you reach the next crossroads (R135) and you will turn LEFT, this is a secondary road and you stay driving straight on this road for 3 kilometers, Thornton Park is located on the right hand side.
Driving Time: 15-20 Minutes

From Castleknock to Thornton Park Equestrian Centre
From Auburn Avenue Castleknock, drive in the direction of Dublin City N3, exit onto the M50 Motorway North, take the first turn off from the M50, it will say Ashbourne/Finglas N2.
Keep on following the N2, it will say Ashbourne/Finglas N2, Continue on the N2 until you reach the first major exit off it will be exit no. 2 (R135) St. Margaret's/Blanchardstown, Do not take the small turnoff signed Coldwinters which is before the first major exit.
You will reach a small roundabout, continue under the bridge and drive to the 2nd roundabout (R125) it will be signed The Ward/Coolquay/St Margaret's go Left there and drive past the White House Pub continue approximately 3 Kilometers until you reach Mays Stores/Coolquay Lodge Pub, turn right there (R135) (signposted) and drive for 3 Kilometers down that road and we are located on the left side

Traveling from North of Ireland/Ashbourne/Slane/Navan
Here are the directions to reach Thornton Park Equestrian Centre.
Driving South on N2 Slane/Derry Road, go through Ashbourne Town and continue driving direction Dublin.
You will drive on the old N2 for aprox 5 miles and you will see Height for Hire on the left hand side, there will be a turn to the left shortly after were the Coolquay Lodge Pub is located and Mays Stores.
Take this turn left (R135) and drive for 1.5 miles/ 3 kilometres and we are located on the left with a large signpost on entrance.
*Alternatively you can use the new N2 motorway turning off direction Swords and then joining onto the Old N2 to Dublin but it is best to take the above route until you are familiar with the journey

The Bus Number 103 (Ashbourne Bus) from Dublin City Centre leaves every 20 minutes, Bus stop at Mays Stores / Coolquay Lodge Pub.
We are located a 20 minute walk approximately from the Bus Stop.
